When coming up with Anya's costume, I wanted something that matched the Bullet Farmer's aesthetic without straight-up being a genderflipped version of him. (Anya already resembles her son in the face, if her outfit was too similar, she'd just look like a mini version of him.) Naturally, I had to throw some bandoliers on her, but the most notable aspects of her design aren't those big ol' belts of bullets.

On her chest, you'll see a mantle-like ornament with a diamond-shaped plaque. The leather straps on her chest are inspired by the magazine of an AK-47. Similarly, the moon clip on the diamond-shaped plaque is meant to rapidly reload the Taurus Judge, chosen because of the Bullet Farmer's title of "Judge, Guardian, and Executioner." The AK-47 magazine "feeds" the Kalashnikov and the moon clip "feeds" the Judge — hence why they were chosen to adorn Anya's breasts, which nourished the Bullet Farmer when he was little.

The ornament on Anya's lower abdomen is an antique bullet casting tool, the handles of which have been angled slightly to make the instrument resemble the uterus, fallopian tubes, and ovaries. She wears this to symbolize that the Bullet Farmer was created within her body.
